 Disposable plastic KEG  intended for white sparkling wine, made from white varieties of the VENETO region with a bayonet stopper.  Glera is an ancient Italian variety, grown mainly in the Veneto region, Fruili. For the past 40-50 years, it has mainly been used to produce sparkling and sparkling wine under the name Prosecco. The grapes are large, medium thin, the berries are round, slightly oval, yellow to golden in color. The pulp is soft, very easy to press. Glera has the best results in the hilly area called Valdobbiadene, which is why this area is registered as a DOCG, wines with a precisely given geographical area and a precisely given product quality.
