Original product of the family producer Acetaia Casanova, a short distance from the city of Modena. This product, combined with figs and balsamic gel, is ideal for selected cheeses, foie gras, spicy sausages, dark meat, tramezzini, canapés, sponge cakes, and yogurt.
Composition: caramelized figs, sugar, aceto balsamico di Modena I.G.P. (12%)
Why do I like it?
It goes well with and enriches cheese varieties, canapés, Foie Gras, carpaccio. However, it tastes good even just after a spoonful instead of dessert.
