Product detailed description
The color of the wine is bright ruby red, intense bouquet with tones of plums. The aroma shows ripe red fruit, a balanced structure. The various hused are Corvino Veronese, Rondinello and Molinara. The subsoil of this Bardolino area is clayey and calcareous. The wine is left to mature 4 months in steel. Color wine is ruby red. The bouquet is intense with notes of red fruit and violets, slightly spicy. The taste is fresh and harmonious with notes of red fruit. Excellent with meat or fatty fish dishes, with legume soups and risottos. We recommend a typical Venetian dish of "pasta and beans".
Corvina variety and Rondinella variety
Corvina is an Italian red variety, sometimes called Corvina Veronese or Cruina. It is mainly grown in the Vallpolicella and Bardolino areas, in the Veneto region, north of the city of Verona. The Bardolino wine has a bright red color with a delicate fruity taste with a slight almond finish. Rondinella is grown in the same area as Corvina, it is a fruity variety with indistinct tannins.
