Bombardino Premium® CLASSICO is a premium Italian liqueur that is created by mixing egg yolks, milk, sugar, and white rum. It comes from the Italian mountains, where it is especially popular during the winter months, in ski resorts.
Ingredients: milk, sugar, alcohol of agricultural origin, egg yolk (14%), rum (1.7%), aroma, thickener: E415, coloring: E102, E110.
Serving in winter: heat the Bombardino using the nozzle from the coffee machine to a temperature of approx. 45°C, it can also be heated in a water bath or for a short time in the microwave. Bombardino is always served with a large portion of whipped cream. Quantity per portion 80-10ml. In the summer, we serve Bombardino chilled with a piece of ice or Bombardino as a topping on vanilla ice cream.
