Serving in winter: Heat Bombardino using the nozzle from the coffee machine to a temperature of approx. 45°C, it can also be heated in a water bath or for a short time in the microwave.
Bombardino is always served with a large portion of whipped cream. Quantity per portion 80-10ml. In the summer we serve Bombardino chilled with a piece of ice or Bombardino as a topping on vanilla ice cream.
