It is dark in color made from the white Trebbiano variety and mainly from Lambrusco, with classic flavors. Suitable for salad, meat, sausages, fish, sandwiches, pizza, risotto, fried or baked potatoes, cheese, fruit, ice cream, panna cotta. It is perfect for garnishing and decorating sweet and savory dishes.
