This is the unique Grappa OF Amarone from Distilleria Bonollo 1908. Distillation takes place according to the centuries-old tradition of the Bonollo family, in the town of Mestrino, near Padua. Bonollo 1908 distills from the dried grapes from which the prized Amarone della Valpolicella wine is made, creating an exceptionally rich and balanced distillate. Subsequent maturation in French oak barrels enriches it with surprising finesse.
The warm and intense amber color of the wine OF Amarone Barrique impresses with its wide and lively aromatic bouquet, in which you can trace the typical aromas of sultanas, figs, dates, apricots, dried orange peel, amaretta, plums and cherries. The taste shows a remarkable charisma, which is given by an enveloping softness, which is given to it by warm spicy notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, cocoa and notes reminiscent of honey, cooked plums, tea leaves and walnut shells. The finish is long and persistent. Simply unmistakable.
