EU co-funded project – Modernisation and automation at Bevande s.r.o.
The main goal of the project is the modernisation and integration of the website and e-shop with warehouse management and other internal company processes.
The project focuses on seven areas at Bevande s.r.o., relating to the connection of bevande.cz, which already contains an e-shop, with accounting software and warehouse management. It includes automating data transfer processes from the accounting software to the website and vice versa, and from the accounting software to the ORO Customs reporting system. It also involves automation of marketing processes for the modern website bevande.cz. System integration will be carried out at the level of connecting the current accounting software – website – customer, public administration, Google, Facebook, Instagram. The aim of modernisation and automation at Bevande is economic improvement by reducing costs in each project area.
In the area of online ordering, the time to process a received order will be shortened and errors reduced. This process is currently done manually by transcribing data from the e-shop to Pohoda, which is very time-consuming.
In the area of communication tools for carriers, the time needed to enter all necessary information for the carrier will be reduced, increasing customer satisfaction. The faster process will enable quicker response to market demand and reduce time-related order processing and data management costs. The customer will be informed via an automated email about the possibility of tracking their shipment.
In the area of online warehouse management, customer awareness about product availability will increase, administrative advertising costs for unavailable products will be reduced, and data errors on the website will be minimised. Products on bevande.cz will display visible stock availability. Hidden items will save costs by not being promoted in online ads.
In the area of database process automation and reporting, a significant marketing shift will occur with the use of new marketing tools. Data collection and processing will happen automatically and will be stored in a BigQuery database, programmed to link with Google Sheets for data editing. This will enable future use of the data via AI tools. New Ecomailing functions and services will be used, offering benefits like automatic and selective email distribution.
In the area of website modernisation using AI, chatbot and link building, modern technologies will be innovatively applied for the future online market. Artificial intelligence (AI), SEO, and website text creation using AI will be used, as well as a chatbot for bevande.cz and SEO setup using the Collabim tool. An AI-powered chatbot will be implemented on the website to answer user questions.
In the area of ORO Customs reporting tools, significant administrative savings will be achieved. Automating data transfers from daily sales reports to the ORO customs software will result in great time savings, increased employee efficiency, and reduced errors.
In the area of multilingual website tools, there will be a strong emphasis on foreign customers. Data integration will be achieved by using a new e-shop function with added XML feeds for language variants and extended multilingual interface.
