Matolina from the Teroldego variety is supplied from the Foradori winery and matolina from the Amarone wine is supplied from the Trabucchi d'Illasi winery. The grappa produced in this way is rich in aroma, with more emphasis on the freshness of traditional matolina. In the next step of aging in small French barrels, the GRAPPA becomes more delicate and rounded in taste and accentuating the aroma obtained by an unconventional processing method.
Aging in French oak barrels increases the rarity of this grappa, which was born from organic Trentino grapes. Soft, velvety and at the same time fascinating spirit. The supplied matolina comes from the best Italian wineries, from the Teroldego variety and the unsurpassed Amarone variety. The grappa obtained is velvety soft, fruity, with a rich aroma and greater freshness. The deep amber color of organic grappa is obtained mainly from barrification in new French barrels, which greatly affects not only the color, but also the aroma and taste of this exceptional grappa.
