Grappa is produced using the technique of discontinuous steam distillation in a copper cauldron with a volume of 500 kg. Slow distillation lasting about 2.5 hours releases alcoholic vapors from the grape marc of the Moscato Giallo variety, which are then separated in a separation column. The result is a clear colored grappa with an elegant and intense aroma. The taste is silky, aromatic, intense reminiscent of notes of tropical fruit and sage.
