This is the unique Grappa OF Amarone from Distilleria Bonollo 1908. Distillation takes place according to the centuries-old tradition of the Bonollo family, in the town of Mestrino, near Padua. Bonollo 1908 distills from the dried grapes from which the prized Amarone della Valpolicella wine is made, creating an exceptionally rich and balanced distillate. Subsequent aging in French oak barrels enriches it with surprising finesse.
Grappa has a "cognac touch", the taste is sweeter, the aroma has distinct notes of vanilla, honey, sweet fruit.
