765 Jacur Extra Dry is a white sparkling wine from the Veneta region, made from the Glera, Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay varieties. The vineyard management system is classic Sylvoz. The harvest period is between September 1-15. The grapes are harvested by hand. The yield from the vineyard is 250q.li/ha. Fine pressing takes place in the winery, followed by primary fermentation by static decantation and fermentation with controlled temperature. Secondary fermentation takes 30 days. The method for natural secondary fermentation is according to Charmat. The wine is then left to mature for another 15 days in an autoclave. The wine has 15g/l of residual sugar. The color of the wine is pale straw yellow with persistent perlage. The smell is fruity. the taste is mild. Bottles should be stored in a cool environment with constant humidity.
