The Torre dei Vescovi range is the result of a careful selection of the best grapes to satisfy the best and most demanding palates. These wines, which are the result of careful cellar work, offer a wide range of varieties that meet the different requirements of restaurants and wine shops. The name "Torre dei Vescovi" draws inspiration from Rocca dei Vescovi in ​​Brendola, one of the villages where our quality grapes are born, giving our wines an authentic connection to tradition and territory. Wine color  it is ruby ​​red. Intense notes of blackcurrant can be felt in the aroma. The taste is very soft, full, elegant, persistent, with a long fruity finish. The vineyards in the province of Vicenza are clay-limestone. The wine is left to mature in a stainless steel tank for 6 months, followed by passage in a barrel.

Merlot  is a very traditional, popular variety intended for the production of red wines. It probably comes from the French region of Bordeaux, where it was created by crossing the Magdeleine Noire des Charentes and Cabernet Franc varieties.
