Dark purple color of Italian liqueur, which is created by mixing grappa, blueberry juice and blackcurrant juice. Notes of blackcurrants and blueberries stand out in the aroma. The taste is very fruity, slightly sour, with light notes of grappa. In Trentino, a great tradition is the aging of blueberries and grappa into a unique Italian liqueur.
We recommend serving as a digestif, or even as a chilled aperitif. During the summer months, we recommend MIRTILLO SPRITZ (1dcl Prosecco frizzante, 4cl Blueberry liqueur, 4cl soda, garnish with blueberries, plenty of ice). Serve in a wine glass.
