Detailed information

Product detailed description

Wine Moscato D'Asti is sweet, but not too sweet, with an inimitable aroma of Moscato grapes, from which a delicate and delicate taste is obtained. The differences that distinguish this wine are mainly intensity, given mainly by aromaticity, sweetness is mainly given by residual sugar, supported by lower alcohol content. Moscato d'Asti DOCG is a renowned wine from the Piemonte region, from the ASTI region. Since it is supplied only in the highest Italian DOCG quality, there are strict and exact rules for this wine. Given variety, given region, given residual sugar content, given low alcohol content. The grapes are harvested from the end of August to the beginning of September. The color of the wine is straw yellow with a fine perlage, the bouquet is intense, aromatic for this variety with notes of acacia flowers, peach and a musk scent. The taste is sweet, aromatic, elegant and fresh thanks to good acidity. The vineyards are located in the Castiglione Tinella area, in the Comune Di Castiglione Tinella, Asti, with an altitude of  150 m. n. m.  Vinification takes place by gently pressing the grapes.  The grape juice is cooled and stored at a temperature of  -3°C'. Fermentation takes place in special containers. About 4 days after fermentation, when the ratio between alcohol, sugar and acid is balanced, the wine is cooled until fermentation stops. The wine is further filtered to eliminate yeast and bottled cold
