Product detailed description
In 1882, a scientist from the Swiss canton of Thurgau, dr. Hermann Müller bred a new variety by crossing Riesling and Madeleine Royale. The Cembra Valley is an ideal growing area for the Müller Thurgau variety, thanks to the altitude between 500 and 800 meters above sea level, the cool climate and the large temperature fluctuations between day and night, the wine acquires an extraordinary and unique aroma. Production in progress Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures in stainless steel tanks and then in the bottle. The color of the wine is straw yellow with greenish highlights. The aroma is fruity, pleasantly aromatic with notes of sage, peach and golden Delicius apple. The taste is dry, fruity, fresh and pleasant with a harmonious ratio of tannins and acidity. Recommended pairing: excellent as an aperitif and suitable for traditional Trentino cuisine, especially with pasta with fish-based sauces, fish dishes, mushroom soups and dishes seasoned with herbs.
Why do I like it?
An interesting fresh mountain wine with excellent minerality.
