Very interesting Italian pasta, made from durum wheat with the addition of wheat germ and truffles . For proper serving, we recommend cooking in at least 3 liters of water per 250g of pasta. Bring the water to a boil, add salt and add the pasta. Stir, cook for about 1-2 minutes. Composition: semolina WHEAT flour, water, egg, wheat germ (3.05%), summer truffle (1.29%) (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), aroma.The quantity is ideal for 4 servings
