Still white wine obtained from grapes grown in the Itria Valley. Delicate aroma of white flowers, green apple and citrus. Fresh and with strong acidity. Straw yellow color and fine golden reflections. Rich and elegant, a delicate fragrance of white flowers, green apple, citrus fruits such as bergamot and exotics such as pineapple. It has a fresh aroma, pronounced acidity with a pleasant persistence in the finish. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September for Minutolo and in mid-October the remaining varieties, grown by the Guyot system in the Itria Valley. The density is 4,500 plants per hectare, with a production of about 2,000 grams per plant. Aging takes place with temperature regulation in steel tanks.
