Still red wine obtained from grapes grown in Salento. The bouquet is full of fruity intensity, soft notes of blackberry and subtle nuances of violet, pomegranate and cherry. Soft, fresh, tasty. The grapes are harvested by hand at the turn of September and October from vineyards grown in the Guyot system in Salento. The density is 4,500 plants per hectare, with a production of about 2,000 grams per plant. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. 

This ruby ​​red wine with violet highlights has a nose full of fruity intensity, with nuances of wild strawberries, soft notes of blackberry and light nuances of violet, pomegranate and cherry filling the background. It has a soft, fresh and tasty texture.

Salento and red wines: if vines were already grown in Salento in the countryside of Manduria in the seventh to sixth centuries BC, there is a reason: the "mare nostrum" with its perfect microclimate caresses the grapes and turns them into a masterpiece. Therefore, it has  the vines have their roots in the "red land" overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and produce red wines that are a synthesis of this perfect marriage.
