Bardolino Chiaretto rose wine is produced from varieties Corvina Veronese, Rondinella and Molinara, which are grown in the Bardolino area. The subsoil is clayey and calcareous, with some hills of moraine origin. The wine is left to mature for 4 months in a stainless steel tank. The color of the wine is pink. The bouquet is intense, floral and with notes of small red fruit. The taste is spicy, fresh and harmonious with notes of fresh fruit. Excellent with Italian summer dishes such as caprese, ham and melon, rice salad. It is suitable on its own as an accompaniment to first courses based on sea fish.

Corvina variety and Rondinella variety
Corvina is an Italian red variety, sometimes called Corvina Veronese or Cruina. It is mainly grown in the Valpolicella and Bardolino areas, in the Veneto region, north of the city of Verona. The Bardolino wine has a bright red color with a delicate fruity taste in the finish, slightly almond.
Rondinella is grown in the same area as Corvina, it is a fruity variety with indistinct tannins.
