Hills in the province of Vicenza are made up mainly of calcareous clay soils, well ventilated. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. The color of the wine is straw yellow, the bouquet is delicate, 
complex, with floral notes. The taste is dry, pleasantly fresh and velvety
Excellent as an aperitif, it can accompany appetizers of cold cuts, fish dishes such as seafood, seafood risotto, creamed cod. Also perfect with
dishes based on mushrooms, white meats, cheeses and omelettes.

Pinot Grigio variety
