To provide the sale of goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

A. Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details provided mainly via the inquiry form. These are: address, phone number, email.

Why?

We use them to contact you for further arrangement regarding the goods and their delivery.

On what legal basis?

This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – negotiations for a contract or implementation of pre-contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process the personal data?

If no further cooperation is established, your data will be processed for a maximum of 5 years from our last communication.

B. Processing of Personal Data in Case of Purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email, phone number.

Why?

We need to process the personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the goods. We also use the contact details to communicate with you regarding your order status, complaints or inquiries.

Personal data will also be processed to comply with our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for complaint handling and others).

On what legal basis?

This is processing under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data?

For the duration of our service and then 5 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

C. Newsletters (Commercial Communication)

If you are a purchasing customer and you did not opt out during purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

On what legal basis?

Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain services of the information society, allows us to do so, unless you opted out during purchase.

How long will we process the personal data?

5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe at any time by email or contact us at info@bevande.cz

II. Who Can Access the Data?

Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals working for us may access the data because they help us operate our e-shop. These include:

We only process personal data within the territory of the European Union.
