Salsa Tartufata (truffles) with Aceto Balsamico di Modega IGP, from the Casanova range is truffle sauce with the addition of IGP Modena balsamic vinegar. Ideal for: croutons, sandwiches, pancakes, omelettes, eggs, boiled, baked or grilled meat. Excellent mixed with cream, ricotta or mascarpone cheese to flavor pasta dishes. Recommended dose: 15-20 g per person.
Composition: cultivated mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), sunflower oil 11%, extra virgin olive oil 5%, Aceto balsamico di Modena IGP 3% (contains wine vinegar, boiled grape juice), black olives, truffle 1% (Tuber aestivum Vitt), aroma.
May contain traces of Tuber sp.p. Presence of dark spots on the lid or on the edge of the container is caused by sterilization of the product and does not affect its quality. After opening, keep in the refrigerator and use within 7 days of opening
