U´GO is an Italian drink based on apple cider combined with elderberry and mint. Apple cider is made from fresh whole apples that are pressed and thanks to the Charmat method, a unique pleasant cider with a moderate alcohol content is created. Ideal as an aperitif. U´GO has a light yellow color, the taste is sweet, fresh, the aroma is floral. Pearling is gentle and persistent. U´GO must not be exposed to direct light and heat. After opening, store in a refrigerator at a temperature of 4 °C and use within 2 - 3 days.
Composition: apple cider 99% (apple cider, sugar), elderflower flavored syrup 1% (water, apple juice concentrate, acidifier E330, invert sugar syrup, lemon juice concentrate, aroma, antioxidant E300, color E150d), natural mint flavor (0.001%)
APPLE CIDER is obtained by fermentation of bland yellow apples, Non-alcoholic and ready to use, light, delicate, flattering, full of many sensations, an excellent substitute for beer,, perfect as an aperitif, but also for the whole evening, when eating, it proves itself very well in combination with first courses and desserts.
WHAT IS Cider Cider =Cider is fermented fruit, excluding grapes, suitably prepared for consumption. The most consumed and produced cider is certainly the one that comes from the fermentation of apples: it is a lively, fresh, historical, pleasant and happy product that can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
A yellow-colored, slightly alcoholic, sour or sweet drink, characterized by special and distinct aromas coming from the fruit used and the production method used, which can be charmat, where the product ferments in an autoclave, or the classic way, where the product ferments in the bottle.
HOW SIDRO MELCHIORI WAS BORN the passion was born from the meeting of Alberto Corazzolla and his wife Lucia Maria Melchiori with Loris Dall'Acqua, a prestigious winemaker and partner of the Col Vetoraz winery near Valdobbiadene. Sharing the knowledge of cider, its tradition in some European regions such as Normandy, Asturias, Somerset and Alberto, and Lucia Maria's awareness of life in the Val di Non, with its exceptional production of fine apples, were the main ingredients in the birth of Melchiori craft cider. The desire for innovation and giving voice to new initiatives, the use of local ingredients, the desire to offer a quality artisanal product, the spread of cider culture in Italy led us to realize this dream. The purchase of the first stainless autoclave tanks and the fermentation of the first apple juice took place in the fall of 2002, which was an exceptional year that gave the product with excellent sugar content, good tannin levels and perfect acidity. So they decided to start real production within the Melchiori company. Furthermore, the desire to innovate, always looking for new stimuli, led the owners to embark on this journey with three simple goals: the use of local ingredients, the quality of the product based on the method of production, the spread of cider culture in Italy
