Seventy percent of the grapes are evenly pressed. The obtained must is allowed to settle and then the first fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature. The remaining 30% is cold macerated for 48 hours before pressing, followed by  alcoholic fermentation.   Seventy percent of the fruit is crushed straight. Remaining  30% (Riesling and Sauvignon) is macerated cold for 48 hours before crushing and subsequent alcoholic fermentation in  stainless steel tanks l at controlled temperatures of 18-20 °C. 50% takes place  apple-milk fermentation and  followed by six months of aging on lees. After that, the wine is ready for bottling. The color of the wine is golden yellow. In the aroma, notes of crispy bread, apple, and straw can be felt. Attractive fresh taste with notes of fruit and aromatic herbs.  Carefree wine to enjoy  with a wide range of products. Delicious as an aperitif, as well as in  social company in the afternoon. It is excellent for fish-based appetizers, herb and vegetable omelets, cold soups and pasta or rice with fish  or vegetable sauces.
