Light yellowish color, thicker consistency, excellent intense fresh floral scent of freshly picked elderberries. The taste is slightly sweet, penetrating elderberry, fresh, light. Excellent for preparing SPRITZ drinks:
- 1dcl Prosecco frizzante or KEG Grande Romeo
- 4cl HUGO 16%
- sprinkle with soda
- fill with ice and garnish with lime and mint (or lemon balm)
Why do I like it?
Great elderberry liqueur for preparing the unique HUGO Spritz. It is not as sweet as from syrups and stands out for its freshness.
